By accessing and using Arioron's website, products, and services (collectively, the "Services"), you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
2. Description of Service
Arioron provides custom software development, AI solutions, web and mobile application development, cloud services, UI/UX design, consulting, and related technology services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time.
3. User Obligations
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when using our Services
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
- Use our Services only for lawful purposes
- Not interfere with or disrupt our Services
- Not attempt unauthorized access to our systems
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content and functionality of our Services are owned by Arioron or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
Unless specified in a written agreement, intellectual property in custom work is transferred to the client upon full payment. Pre-existing Arioron intellectual property remains our property.
5. Payment Terms
- Payment schedules are outlined in project proposals
- Late payments may incur interest charges
- Services may be suspended for non-payment
- All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
6. Confidentiality
We protect your business information and use it solely for delivering our Services. Sensitive projects may require a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arioron shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the liability.
8. Warranty Disclaimer
Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9. Third-Party Services
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for third-party content, privacy policies, or practices.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiations, or arbitration in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days prior. Continued use after revisions indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
